In one of the global survey, more than 10000 millennial choose to study about their perception of the threats and opportunities in work. Researchers key finding are millennials are more committed to their work more senior colleagues and they value interesting and good work-life balance and they want flexibility in their working hours. Millennial want to feel supported and appreciated and want opportunity to develop their skills. They believe that businesses and business leader contribute to the improvement of society and more likely to be loyal to the company with strong ethics.
