According to the 2 global surveys conducted between 40000 millennial and non-millennial responses on the topics of workplace culture, communication and working style and work-life life balance. In one of the global survey, more than 10000 millennial choose to study about their perception of the threats and opportunities in work. Researchers key finding are millennials are more committed to their work more senior colleagues and they value interesting and good work-life balance and they want flexibility in their working hours. Millennial want to feel supported and appreciated and want opportunity to develop their skills. They believe that businesses and business leader contribute to the improvement of society and more likely to be loyal to the company with strong ethics.

I used the Issue in English 2 for improving my language.It was good and it has many different types of subject which help you to learn more.I did the language level 4 and it was suitable for me .It has many different parts such as listening,writing,vocabulary,grammar,reading and pronunciation.I enjoyed a lot specially the vocabulary part and the writing part was awful for me.Next time I’ll practice more.
